The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city and public transportation. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including healthy choices. It was also conveniently located, within walking distance of the city center and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with some dirt stains on the floor and limescale in the bathroom. the hotel was a bit far from the city center, requiring a long walk uphill or a taxi ride to return after exploring.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and spacious rooms at Gran. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. I also appreciated the helpful map provided by the check-in staff. The location provided a peaceful escape from the city center. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town where we enjoyed the buzzing atmosphere and delicious food. The metro station was also nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the bridge and river. The bathroom was luxurious with excellent toiletries provided. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and efficient room service. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious, definitely worth it!
The soundproofing could be better as we could hear some noise from outside.

Convenient location for travellers with easy parking. Large, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities and great showers. Breakfast has a wide selection of both healthy and traditional options. Friendly, helpful staff make for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Easy and efficient check-in process.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center but within walking distance to great tapas bars in the old town. The service was top-notch and the staff were always willing to go above and beyond to help. The room amenities were excellent and included heating and air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a television with many stations.
This place was an excellent choice for my stay. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends without hesitation.
